Overall, JK Support achieved a score of 92.47%, marking a year-on-year increase of +2% from the previous year of 90.99%. The result also exceeds the overall Top Employer 2025 global benchmark of 85.18%. Mitie’s was called out for particular strengths, including its Business Strategy, Leadership, DEI, and Talent Acquisition.
